We are delighted to be working with you! We ask that you familiarize yourself with our office policies. 

 

Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential. 

 

Scheduling 

We will coordinate with you to find meeting times that work with your calendar. Once an appointment is confirmed, please send the calendar invite. 

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Less than 24 business hours’ notice will result in forfeiting that session.

• No-shows are also forfeited.
